Renault coupe chauffeur 1912 veteran

Renault coupe chauffeur 1912 veteran

240 000 €*

The Renault type CC, evolution of the BK type, was a very large 4-liter automobile of the years 1910. This collector car represented the high-end of the constructor Renault, and is to approach the style of the mythical coupe-chauffeur Renault of the Titanic. In 1912, William Carter bought one Renault coupe de ville for a transportation from Southampton in England, to New York City in the USA on the Titanic boat. Carter is not died but the car will be immersed in the Atlantic Ocean. This car, very similar to the one we sell, was recreated by the 20th Century Fox and James Cameron for the Titanic movie.

The near model we offer for sale is also a sumptuous coupe-chauffeur from 1912, in a state of exceptional origin, displaying only 13,000 km of origin.
