About

The extremely rare Hispano Suiza Karmann 4-seat convertible for sale is equipped with the Type 64 engine, which was created in 1928. With a cylinder capacity of more than 4.5 liters, it was fitted on models of Hispano Suiza from 1929 to 1936. This engine will be first mounted on the Hispano Suiza Type 49 model and then on the Type 64 we offer. The latter had many modernizations in the early 1930s, including a lowered chassis, a thermostatic lamella radiator, Rudge wheels, improved instrumentation ... The manufacturing of the Type 64 then called Junior will stop in 1934 with the launch of the Hispano Suiza K6.

The model that we propose for sale is a rare and magnificent convertible from the early 1930s, produced in a few copies in his magnificent livery of the coachbuilder Karmann. This vehicle of collection has been totally restored and is in perfect state of body and mechanics.
