Presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2012, the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, in particular in its TDF livery that we propose for sale, is a sports car of grand touring produced by the Italian manufacturer Ferrari. It becomes the most powerful Ferrari road model ever proposed by the Maranello firm. Replacing the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano or the Ferrari 599 GTO in 2006, it succeeds the traditional line of the GT Ferrari with 2 seats equipped with a V12 in the front. The design of the car, dictated by many aesthetic choices linked to aerodynamic constraints very worked (Cx of 0.29), remains in line with the contemporary models of Ferrari (California, 458, FF). Compared to its predecessor, the vertical load increases by 76% (126 kg at 200 km/h) with a lower Cx, notably thanks to the design of the engine hood, which is for the first time used as an offset generator by deviating the flow of air from the hood to the flanks. The air deflectors for cooling the brakes are controlled and only open when the situation so requires, in order to promote aerodynamics. From the combination of technology and design of the F12 Berlinetta, Ferrari designer Flavio Manzoni received the Compasso d'Oro Award, a prestigious international design award.

The 65° V12 in the front center position of the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, derived from the one fitted to the Ferrari Enzo and Ferrari FXX, has an engine capacity of 6.3 liters and delivers 735 hp + 6 hp at high speeds. (118 hp / liter) at 8,250 revolutions per minute but has 80% of this value from 2,500 revolutions per minute. The volumetric ratio reaches a very high value of 13.5: 1 for an atmospheric petrol engine. The car is equipped with a robotised manual gearbox type F1 with double clutch. According to the manufacturer, the maximum speed obtained is 340 km/h. The F12 Berlinetta benefits from all these technological innovations derived from the F1 experience in order to compete with the V12 coupes, notably the Lamborghini Aventador. The speedometer indicates 360 km/h and on the steering wheel, the Manettino on the right allows you to adjust the degree of intervention of the driving aids and to remove or activate the sport function with the start button on the left of the steering wheel. The interior of the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, especially made with craft techniques, is better finished, more qualitative than the previous model, with fine leather in the cabin. The chassis is made of aluminum: it benefits from the Space Frame technique allowing to associate different assembly processes for an appreciable gain of weight, 12 different alloys being used. The torsional stiffness is increased by 20% compared to the 599 GTB, the reduced weight of 70 kg, to reach a weight / power ratio never before reached for a road Ferrari, 2.06 kg/hp. The traction control system, called F1-Trac and derived from the F1, is a kind of super traction control to monitor the arrival of the power by optimizing the adhesion to the acceleration. The F12 also has a new electronically controlled suspension system, the SCM-E (Sospensione a Controllo Magnetoreologico Evoluzione), a suspension controlled by a magnetic logic.

Among the different versions of this sports car, the F12 Tour de France 1964 pays tribute to the Ferrari 250 GTO and the Tour de France automobile. This unique model designed by Tailor Made has nevertheless not undergone a mechanical change. The F12 TDF, recognizable by three specific back gills at the level of the roof, is a limited edition produced in 799 copies, equipped with a V12 pushed to 780 hp allowing it to further optimize the performance of the vehicle. The Ferrari F60 America, produced in 10 pieces, was designed on a F12 basis, with a reworked design that celebrates the 60 years of Ferrari marketing in the USA. Finally comes the unique F12 TRS model, roofless, realized at the request of a rich customer through Ferrari One-Off customer creation program of Ferrari. Its curved glazing and the boss in the extension of the headrests pays tribute to racing cars. The F12 Berlinetta will be replaced in 2017 by the Ferrari 812 Superfast.

The model of Ferrari F12 Tour de France that we propose for sale was manufactured in 2016. It is exceptional in three titles, and makes it one of the most desirable F12 models by its rare configuration TDF of 780 horses, by its mileage less than 100 km and its new condition.
