The Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 was presented in 1967 as a worthy aesthetic heiress of the 500 Superfast and other 250 GTE and 330 GT 2+2 Ferrari. Its gauge is more imposing than its predecessors, its very profiled and aerodynamic line being a creation of the offices of Pininfarina. It is a very modern Grand Touring vehicle for the time, very comfortable, with rear seats and a more spacious trunk than the 500 Superfast. It also benefits from the Italian manufacturer's first power steering, dual zone air conditioning and hydropneumatic rear suspension, in order to attract American amateur customers at this period. The interior is very comfortable, leather and wood are ubiquitous and the instrument panel is very instrumented with a console combining many buttons and 8 dials to check the health of the mechanical.
Replaced by the Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 in 1972, the model 365 GT 2+2 that we present for sale represents the most desirable version of this prestige automobile, in single light. It has been totally restored and is in perfect working order.
