Empire architect box. Instruments casket, construction and measurement tool with two floors in ebony inlaid with ivory, brass and mother of pearl. Interior padded with violet silk and velvet. The upper floor contains four brass and steel compass and their accessories. A plumb line and two ink tracers with ivory handle. The lower floor contains marten brushes, a quill pen, an half king foot, a meter of brass, a set square, a ruler in ebony and one other in ivory, a key to re-tighten the compass. Complete with all its accessories. Early XIXth century.
