Rare medieval sideboard dresser credenza, Middle Ages hight cupboard furniture with pentagonal shape. The base supports throught two moulding uprights and a bottom panel decorated with parchments or linenfold, the body of the dressoir. It opens to a leaf, flanked by two panels. The whole decoration of this dressoir piece of furniture is characteristic of late Flamboyant Gothic style, with combination of flowing tracery with dead arcades, spiral columns surmounted by figures, pinnacles and pendants or cul-de-lampe in the shape of angels.
Period: Second half of the 15th century.
Very good condition. Restorations: wrought iron-hinges and lock removed
