Exceptional pair of crystal and pearls of glass six-light chandeliers. Each with a central ball-shaped section, surrounded by three chains joined by a crown-shaped pattern, and terminating in a
- cul-de-lampe - pendant finial. French antique from the beginning of the 20th century. This mixed technique of string and pearl fishnet, by its specificity, leads us to think that our pair of chandeliers could be attributed to the famous Maison Baguès created in Paris in 1860. By comparison, we found an important pair of Baguès vases (photo attached) made according to the same technique, coming from the Dodi Rosekrans Collection, which were sold at Sotheby's in New York on April 24,2013 (lot n° 198), for 87.500 US$ or 64 800 €.
